RAMZAN is a story about a particular New Delhi street intersection. In the hope of revealing the subtle interplay that happens on the streets of one of the world’s most dynamic and thriving cities. This film will bring to life the story of a significant day in the life of a partially deaf street sales boy – RAMZAN. RAMZAN is met with a life-threatening obstacle, when his friend is in danger and he needs to help her. This launches him into an arduous journey of trying to find help in the city’s streets. But first he must successfully communicate with the people, which for any person who is partially deaf and has lived half his life in the silence that comes with it; is a Herculean task.
