Gerald “JC” Crump is an inspired storyteller. He began his career with MTV Network navigating the complicated terrain of series development. Making the transition into production, his involvements include the VH1 award winning biographical series Behind The Music and the highly acclaimed Iraq docu-series American Soldier for Country Music Television.
From moving crews in and out of Iraq, to convincing surgical teams to grant cameras access to their operating rooms, Gerald has skillfully earned the trust and confidence of cast and crew. In the cutthroat world of broadcast and cable TV – only the resourceful survive.
Crump has further broadened his knowledge of filmmaking by spending three years studying at the prestigious New York University Graduate Film Program as an inaugural member of the Tisch Asia campus located in Singapore.
